Objectif
- Analyser une organisation et son besoin de progiciel
- Conduire un projet de déploiement du progiciel intégré
- Optimiser les processus de l'entreprise impactés par le déploiement d'un progiciel
- Accompagner le changement dans l'entreprise auprès des utilisateurs
- Porter la stratégie de développement de l'entreprise
