Description
Objectif
Le titulaire du BTM maîtrise parfaitement les techniques de fabrication des chocolats, des bonbons et de la confiserie, mais surtout, il peut être chef de fabrication, diriger une entreprise et former des apprentis. Cette formation est sanctionnée par un diplôme de niveau 4 de la Chambre des métiers. Elle est ouverte aux titulaires d'un CAP chocolatier. Le BTM permet de se présenter au concours du meilleur ouvrier de France.
